LS Dunes Release New Single “BOMBSQUAD” Before Releasing the New Album
Ahead of their debut album, which is ready to be released this November, supergroup L.S. Dunes gives fans the latest taster of what they want with the new single Bombsquad. This single was released on October 21, 2022, and also comes with a music video.
Bombsquad’s music video was filmed during their live session at Dreamland. The band’s latest effort first comes from a poem written by vocalist Anthony Green titled around the time of last year’s infamous uprising on January 6.
“In the midst of a pandemic, people are trying to bring down the government because the politician ConMan can’t admit that he lost the election, not because of legitimate complaints or protests. The song is an outrage against the depressing and destructive power of society,” L.S. Dunes said.

L.S. Dunes is a new supergroup featuring Frank Iero from My Chemical Romance, Travis Stever from Coheed And Cambria, Anthony Green from Circa Survive, and Tim Payne and Tucker Rule from Thursday. The supergroup has released its upcoming debut album, Past Lives.
Before the song Bombsquad was released as a new single, vocalist Anthony Green spoke about the band’s continuation after the release of their first single, Permanent Rebellion. Anthony Green says he is writing new material in 2022 as he struggles to communicate the pain he is experiencing during the pandemic.
“I survived an overdose the year before and felt like I would never be free from this obsession with being tall, or out of my own skin and that I would just keep hurting everyone I loved. me to write songs instead of being honest and real with the people in my life—crying for help in a certain way,” she said.
“If there’s anything positive to take away, it’s never a burden on your loved ones to share your feelings no matter how dark or painful it is,” said Anthony Green.
At the end of last August, Frank Iero has been giving some teasers for a while. Finally, his new band L.S. Dunes revealed his new single, Permanent Rebellion, which was released on August 26, 2022. In addition, the supergroup band also announced their debut album, Past Lives, which will be released via Fantasy Records.
They announced that L.S. Dunes has a killer lead single, Permanent Rebellion ready for you to enjoy. The single was also released with an epic music video directed by David Brodsky and produced by Allison Woest. Frank Iero said of the song: “We never knew if we would ever be able to play these songs together, in fact, none of us musicians for life really know if we can play music for a live audience again. Permanent Rebellion is about taking back what is rightfully yours.”
L.S. Dunes itself is ready to hold its concert by traveling to a number of cities in the United States starting on November 12, 2022, and ending on November 30, 2022, later.
In a Q&A session with Riot Fest Magazine, L.S. Dunes mentioned that they were a group of old friends who admired each other both musically and as people.
When they were asked about any similarities between each member so that they could work together as a band, L.S. Dunes said, “Love to write songs. We’ve known each other for at least half our lives. There is mutual respect for everyone’s ability to create … with Covid, these limited choices were all made in the shadow of a lonely cloud.”
Meanwhile, L.S. Dunes was also asked what the band’s name meant. Instead of revealing it, they stated that the name would be their little secret and practically a mystery: what was the name L.S. Such Dunes?
