BRIT Awards 2023 – The British Phonographic Industry as the organizer of the 2023 BRIT Awards has announced the complete list of nominations for the event on Thursday (12/Jan) UK time.

A number of leading British musicians were successfully selected as nominations from various categories. Harry Styles and rock band Wet Leg dominated this year’s nominations after making it into four categories.

Harry Styles is a contender for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Pop/R&B Act nominations. Meanwhile, Wet Leg was nominated for Album of the Year, Group of the Year, Best New Artist, and Alternative/Rock Act.

This dominance could not be separated from the success achieved by Harry Styles through the album Harry’s House and Wet Leg through his debut album entitled Wet Leg.

Meanwhile, the 2023 BRIT Awards also gave awards again for the international musician category. Beyoncé, Lizzo, and Taylor Swift dominate this category with each musician receiving two nominations.

They will compete in the International Artist of the Year and International Song of the Year categories. BLACKPINK is the only K-Pop idol to be nominated this year, namely for the International Group of the Year category.

The BRIT Awards will be held at 02 Arena London, England, on 11 February. Mo Gilligan will again host the awards ceremony, which will be broadcast live on ITV1 and ITVX.
