Rammstein Band Share the Latest Cinematic Music Video “Adieu”
Rammstein Band- 2022 will be a very important year for Rammstein. They released their big and very popular new album, Zeit. On top of that, they have also announced a huge 2023 stadium tour. Rammstein has also released some incredible cinematic music videos as well, and the new music video for Adieu is further proof of that.
The Neue Deutsche Härte (NDH) unit has shared the official music video for the track Adieu. This track is the last song from their latest album Zeit, which was officially released in April 2022.
The visual format for the music video was directed by Specter Berlin, who also directed the video for their 2019 comeback single, Deutschland. The music video for Adieu is more or less like other Rammstein music videos and looks more like a short, cinematic film. The duration of this music video is less than nine minutes.
The six members of the band Neue Deutsche Härte are part of the video’s large cast, which also includes many of the mysterious figures that make up the group known only as The Damned.
Fans were particularly keen to point out references to the classic Rammstein video in the music video’s visuals as well as various “Easter Eggs”, ranging from the vault with ‘MUTTER-22’ on it (a reference to the band’s 2001 album) and the license plate advertising ‘LI – FAD6’ (short for the title of their sixth album, Liebe ist für alle da 2009).
Unsurprisingly, the visual material for Adieu is made to be as tall and as if worthy of being shown in theaters like their recently released project. These include the bombastic and crazy music video for Dicke Titten; strangely annoying angst; and Zick Zack’s glittery music video.
For their latest visual feast, Adieu features heist criminals, celestial soldiers, caged humans, futuristic flesh-and-blood humanoids, laser-protected chambers, jaw-dropping majestic buildings, and tons of flashy visuals that will leave you all wondering why Rammstein never got involved in previous full-length films. In a press release, Rammstein revealed that they spent two years working on eleven tracks on the new album. They once again worked with Berlin producer Olsen Involtini and the album was recorded at La Fabrique Studios in St. Petersburg. Rémy de Provence, France.
After Zeit, Rammstein continued releasing the next music video for the single Zick Zack which was released in early April. The single was released following a promotional campaign that saw the band set up a ‘Zick Zack’ hotline which allowed fans to book an appointment at the “beauty clinic” of the same name.
The band opened a special pop-up kiosk at Alexanderplatz, Berlin, Germany on April 9, 2022. There, they sold a new 7-inch vinyl for Zick Zack featuring the single and remix of the song by Boys Noize. Check out the following Zick Zack music video.
Then at the end of last May, Rammstein also released a music video for a song called Dicke Titten. Despite the song’s title—which translates to ‘big boobs’—and the suggestive lyrical content, the German band makes their point in a video that fits the song while steadily rising to the top. The music videos themselves do not pass NSFW standards. However, there are plenty of insinuations, as if we were expecting anything less.

The official music video for Dicke Titten’s single was directed by Joern Heitmann. The music video shoot took place in September 2021 in Ellmau, Austria. In the process of filming, all Rammstein personnel were placed in an Austrian compound inhabited by plump people. Vocalist Till Lindemann is shown sporting a beard and the rest of Rammstein appear to be working, dancing, and enjoying their surroundings.

Rammstein which means “ramming stone” in English is a German Neue Deutsche Härte band formed in Berlin in 1994. The band formation—consisting of lead vocalist Till Lindemann, lead guitarist Richard Kruspe, rhythm guitarist Paul Landers, bassist Oliver Riedel, drummer Christoph Schneider, and keyboardist Christian “Flake” Lorenz—remain unchanged throughout their history.
Since the beginning of their career, Rammstein has scored at least eight full albums, including Herzeleid (1995), Sehnsucht (1997), Mutter (2001), Reise, Reise (2004), Rosenrot (2005), Liebe ist für alle da ( 2009), Untitled album (2019), and Zeit (2022).
