Regarding her collaboration with Blackbear, Avril Lavigne has also just released a single titled Love It When You Hate Me. The collaboration single with Blackbear is a follow-up effort made by Avril Lavigne in promoting her seventh album. At the end of 2021, Avril Lavigne also released a pop-punk single titled Bite Me which was introduced as the debut single from the album Love Sux.
The single Love It When You Hate Me is an interesting thing to listen to. The reason is, Blackbear offers a different color of music. It is known that Blackbear is a rapper who combines elements of emo and hip-hop music. With unique background music, it provides a new space to be explored more deeply for the song Love It When You Hate Me.
The return of Avril Lavigne new album this time is used as momentum by the musician to be able to return to pouring the spirit of pop-punk into music. According to him, the works of Avril Lavigne’s three idol bands still have a pleasant impression to listen to. This impression is also one of the inspirations that Avril Lavigne wants to try to convey through this new album.
This 12-song album will be released by Avril Lavigne in February. The musician has also prepared a schedule for a concert tour to promote the Love Sux album. For the nearest schedule, Avril Lavigne new album will travel to the United Kingdom to hold a concert for 4 days which is divided into two cities, namely Manchester and London.

Willow acknowledged this as an effort to realize musical collaborations with idols. Willow admits that he has idolized Avril Lavigne since he was a teenager and to be able to work with the queen of pop-punk is still an unforgettable experience.
