The Devil Wears Prada Band Release Music Video, “Color Decay”
The Devil Wears Prada Band released the music video for their single, Time. This song is taken from their album which will be released with the title Color Decay.
The song Time is about how we are all victims of the passing of time, it can be fast or slow. The meaning of this song is emphasized in the refrain of this song which has a touch of EDM in it.
In the Time music video, a brand new visual for The Devil Wears Prada is presented. But this visual fits perfectly with the combination of the aggressive refrain with the vibe in the song. In it, there is also an extraordinary choreography that adds emphasis to the presentation of this song.
Time is the single that The Devil Wears Prada Band thinks is the perfect start for their Zombie Tour. Where aggressive melodies will be heard throughout the Color Decay album. The new album will be released on September 16 via Solid State.

The Devil Wears Prada Band is an American metalcore band from Dayton, Ohio formed in 2005. Previously, they were part of a Christian metalcore band.
Founded with all Christian members and maintaining a theme that represents their religion, the group played their first show in 2005 with a fill-in bassist and only one guitarist.
Rhythm guitarist Jeremy Depoyster and bassist Andy Trick joined the band soon after. They continued to play in the local area of Dayton before recording their demo at the end of the year entitled Patterns of a Horizon.
One year after The Devil Wears Prada recorded their demo and tried a record label, Rise Records offered them a contract. The band was not satisfied with the demo so they re-recorded all the songs from the demo for their debut album, Dear Love: A Beautiful Discord.
The album was recorded with Joey Sturgis, at The Foundation Recording Studio held in Connersville, Indiana, and released on August 22, 2006. The final track on the recording features guest vocalist, Cole Wallace who was formerly part of Gwen Stacy’s band. With the release of the album, the band then began touring in various regions across the country, most notably at the 2006 Cornerstone Festival.
To date, The Devil Wears Prada has released seven studio albums: Dear Love: A Beautiful Discord (2006), Plagues (2007), With Roots Above and Branches Below (2009), Dead Throne (2011), 8:18 (2013 ) Transit Blues (2016), and The Act (2019).
In their early years, The Devil Wears Prada’s musical works were described as metalcore and Christian metal.
Regarding the band’s name, there has been a lot of speculation that The Devil Wears Prada Band named themselves after the film of the same name. It turns out that the band was formed before the film was released. They have explained that their band name is based on an anti-materialistic mindset and their name comes from the novel, The Devil Wears Prada.

At the time of naming the band, the members assumed that the novel included anti-materialism as its moral until later discovering that the novel did not feature this as its message at all.
Despite making this mistake, the band members refused to change the name and decided that they would come up with a new, non-materialistic definition indicating that at the Last Judgment, God will not see what belongs to anyone.
The members of The Devil Wears Prada Band is, Mike Hranica (vocals, additional guitar), Jeremy DePoyster (rhythm guitar, vocals), Kyle Sipress (lead guitar, backing vocals), Mason Nagy (bass), Jonathan Gering (keyboards, backing vocals), and Giuseppe Capolupo (drums). The band maintained its original lineup until keyboardist James Baney left the band.
