Honey Revenge Released New Single ” RERUN”
Honey Revenge released a new single titled Rerun on November 11, 2022. The single from the duo from California, Donovan Lloyd (guitar) and Devin Papadol (vocals) comes with a music video with the theme of being stuck on television.
The duo, which carries the pop-rock genre, released the song and music video for Rerun through Thriller Records. Rerun is a brilliant song that combines powerful hooks with bold vocals.
The melody in Rerun’s song adds a layer of radiant appeal with confidence that attracts new fans. The stuck television-themed video highlights the band’s ability to craft compelling storylines, honing their creativity.
Talking about the song Rerun, the duo explained the meaning behind it in a press release.
“We all struggle with things not going the way we planned. It’s not easy to bounce back from disappointment. Rerun dives into the hopeless experience of feeling like you guys are having the same bad day over and over and trying to stay positive despite your worst. I wrote the song in a state of extreme impatience wondering when the hard work would start to pay off. It was cathartic to know it had finally come out to the world especially now that I am in a much better place,” said Honey Revenge.
The duo fronted by Devin Papadol and Donovan Lloyd has been releasing music together since 2021. The song Rerun follows two other singles released earlier this year, namely Distracted which was released in June, and Ride in August.
Distracted is a song that tells about the realization that for someone, you are not that important and you should do what is right for yourself by breaking up that relationship forever.
Meanwhile, for the song titled Ride which was released in August 2022, Honey Revenge Band said, “That your worst moment was followed by everything you’ve been waiting for. The ride is about that exact phenomenon and its music video does its part by embodying our excitement as a band for what’s next!”
