Rouri404 Releases New Single Titled Spit
Rouri404, musician and producer from American, has just released his new single, “spit”, via Red Bull Records. Effortlessly, this latest single manages to combine fast drumming and kick bass with a math rock feel, bringing energy that can tear up the listener’s speakers. rouri404 introduces his record label with capabilities that know no genre boundaries.
Through the recently released EP Chlorine, Rouri404 shows how he is able to combine 2000s-style emo music with hyperpop melodies. At just 21 years old, he is already adept at perfectly incorporating nostalgic elements from various eras into his work while also producing his own songs.
Regarding his latest single, rouri404 said that changing the song The Anthem from Good Charlotte and adding elements of drum n bass and math rock to it was not something he would have thought of doing, but after hearing the results, this song might become his favorite.
“I started this song by throwing out several ideas until finally I said ‘I would never want to be like you’ and that sentence really hit home. We made it the basis of the song and the supporting part of the sentence. The musical production aspect of this song is the main focus of ‘spit’, and as much as possible this song must maintain its raw feel. “I want everyone who listens to this song to feel something in the drop, the image of them hitting a brick wall with a car – anything like being hit,” he said.
