Dave Mustaine will Collaborate on Music with James Hetfield

Forming Megadeth
Dave Mustaine felt that the story of himself and Metallica in the past was no longer relevant. As you know, Dave Mustaine was indeed publicly kicked out of Metallica before the band recorded their debut album, Kill ‘Em All. Metallica’s decision to remove Dave Mustaine from the band came from differences of opinion between Dave, James, and also Lars Ulrich.
Dave Mustaine made the heartache he felt after leaving Metallica as a passion to create a new metal unit. He believed that the metal unit under his command would be a more violent and violent band than Metallica. This Megadeth is an evolution of the Fallen Angels.
The band served as one of Dave Mustaine’s places to find the right band member with him. After that, Dave also invited David Ellefson and Greg Handdevidt to join Megadeth. After a few months, Greg Handevidt decided to resign. The collaboration between Dave Mustaine and David Ellefson continues and grows stronger. However, after the death of one of his musical friends, the initial formation of Megadeth was difficult to find a suitable drummer. They had to audition for 15 drummers before finally choosing Lee Rausch.
The three of them, Dave Mustaine, David Ellefson, and Lee Rausch finally recorded a demo for Megadeth for the first time. The demo became the forerunner of their debut album, Killing Is My Business… and Business Is Good! under the independent record label Combat Records.
Megadeth’s debut album managed to attract the interest of major record labels at that time. Finally, Megadeth officially cooperated with Capitol Records. Evidence of collaboration between Megadeth and Capitol Records is also present in the album Peace Sells… but Who’s Buying? in 1986. The album became quite popular among underground music lovers and became a catalyst for Megadeth to achieve success with its name.
