Travis Japan J-POP Boy Band Debuts Globally and Digitally on October 28
Travis Japan as J-POP Boy Band announced that it will debut as an idol group on October 28. This idol group is the first Johnny & Associates group to debut globally and digitally.
This was stated directly by the President of Johnny & Associates Julie K. Fujishima. “Since the founding of our company 60 years ago, we have created and launched our bands in Japan. Today, for the first time, we are excited to announce Travis Japan’s worldwide debut with Capitol Music Group,” said Julie K. Fujishima.

The nephew of Johnny Kitagawa, the founder of Johnny & Associates, hopes that fans of the agency’s groups can welcome the new chapter they have made with their debut Travis Japan.
“We are excited to welcome this new chapter of our legacy, as well as to the new challenges and achievements we have encountered,” he said.

Travis Japan will debut with the label Capitol Records Group which is a subsidiary of Universal Music Group.
The seven-member group will release their debut single on October 28, which can be enjoyed on all music streaming services.
Travis Japan has been undergoing training in the United States to hone his idol skills since late March. They take vocal, dance, and English training.
