The Black Keys Turn Blue Album Review
The Black Keys itself actually is an American rock band that formed in 2001. Starting from running his music independently, the duo of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney was able to gain popularity as a garage rock band. Although they’ve dropped out of university, it did not deter them to make music to spawn works favored by fans.
This time they both spawn a new album called TURN BLUE. The eight LP of the duo officially released on May 13, 2014 last. They began recording the album in January 2013, and the second attempt was in vain because this time, their works become on the topped of the charts in America and Australia.
In this composition, they collaborated with Danger Mouse as producer and which help contribute in the songwriting. While the recording process is conducted at Sunset Sound in Hollywood from July to August 2013.
While trying to play the song In Our Time, the person who first listen to be confused with tinkling piano intro tempo as messy, and a unique part begins thereafter. When the song already running a quarter, the tempo was suddenly changed slightly faster , but still flowing nicely. When the song will enter the final section, the tempo back slowly and was again performed with a smooth transition.
Continues to The Black Keys debut single from the album Fever which is officially released on March 24, 2014. This track is suitable to be used as a single because his tone that it can make people move to the rhythm of soul that was delivered. Elements of rock and disco also helped put in it.
If you really want to dissolve in mellow atmosphere, try listening the Weight of Love, Waiting on Words, and Bullet in the Brain. The third track is brought mellow tempo but not leaving the guitar tone that dominates.
